Refund policy

At StrictlyDabs.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-returns policy. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.


❌ No Returns

Strictly Dabs does not accept returns for any reason.
Do not send any products back to us. All packages returned to sender will be refused and not processed.


✅ Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a 100% refund.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at sales@strictlydabs.com. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.


🔄 Refunds After Shipping

We do not offer refunds on any orders after they have shipped, regardless of reason.
The only exception to this policy is in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, which may be eligible for a replacementnot a refund—at our sole discretion.


📸 Order Accuracy & Proof

We photograph every order before it leaves our facility to ensure accuracy and quality.
If your order arrives with:

  • Incorrect items

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Product that is in unacceptable condition

You must contact us at sales@strictlydabs.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Photographic evidence of the problem

We will review your request and, if an error on our part is confirmed, Strictly Dabs will send a replacement at no additional cost.


🚫 Do Not Return Products

Under no circumstances should you send packages back to Strictly Dabs.
All return shipments will be refused and sent back to the original sender.


🌐 Language & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed and interpreted according to the English language. Any translations are provided for convenience and do not override the original English version.
