📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States to states where THCA is legal. Although we strive to serve all eligible areas, StrictlyDabs reserves the right to decline shipments to certain states even if THCA is legally permitted there.

🚚 Processing & Fulfillment Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days, regardless of shipping method selected at checkout.
During promotional events or new product launches, fulfillment may take up to an additional 7 business days due to increased order volume.
All orders are packaged discreetly and securely to ensure privacy and product integrity.

📜 Legal Compliance & Documentation

Every shipment from StrictlyDabs includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying that all products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in full compliance with federal and applicable state hemp laws.

We ship exclusively to states where THCA is legally permitted and reserve the right to verify compliance on a per-order basis.

Standard Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with USPS tracking information.

Guaranteed Delivery (U.S. Customers Only)

Upgrade your shipping at checkout with our Guaranteed Delivery option, which includes:

Tracked USPS package
Signature confirmation required
Re-shipment in the event of a failed delivery (see below)

To file a claim for missing packages marked as delivered, email us at thca@strictlydabs.com with your order number. If a delivery failure is confirmed not to be the customer’s fault, we will send a replacement package.
